Inside Kuvi.ai: Building an Operating System for Agentic Finance

Kuvi.ai is building an infrastructure layer it calls the Agentic Finance Operating System (AF-OS) — a platform designed to let users define financial strategies in plain language and execute them autonomously across markets and chains. The thesis, according to the team, is that financial strategy itself should be programmable, not just assets or smart contracts.
The core mechanism is what Kuvi calls Executables: condition-based automations that trigger across chains and data sources when user-defined conditions are met. Capabilities outlined by the company include prediction market automation, conditional portfolio daemons, narrative-driven triggers from X and social feeds, strategy simulation and backtesting, cross-venue execution routing, risk and policy constraints, and a natural language text-to-trade interface. Early live integrations are with Solana-native protocols Raydium and Jupiter, with Ethereum and Bitcoin support planned. Additional data integrations planned include X, Polymarket, Reddit, Blockworks, and Messari.
Funding and token
Kuvi.ai closed a $700K seed round led by Moon Pursuit Capital at a $30M post-seed valuation, doubled from $15M at the pre-seed angel stage. The $KUVI token has a total supply of 1 billion, with 9% (90M) allocated to seed and strategic investors. The utility model is described as BNB-parallel: holders stake dynamically to unlock free usage, fee discounts, and execution privileges, and receive governance rights over protocol parameters. The Token Generation Event is upcoming, with a date to be confirmed. Revenue is planned to come from transaction fees on executed trades and premium subscriptions.
Team and backers
Co-founder and CEO Dylan Dewdney is a crypto-native entrepreneur active since 2011, an early Bitcoin miner and Ethereum genesis participant, and published an Agentic Finance thesis in Cointelegraph. Co-founder and CTO Jay Nasr built a DeFi protocol in 2016 and was among the first developers to integrate GPT-2 into Telegram. COO Maxim Sindall has experience scaling Web3 gaming startups. The team is distributed across Toronto and Germany. Advisors include Michael Terpin of Transform Ventures, Dennis Liu (VirtualBacon), and government relations advisor Peter Vincer.
Milestones
In August 2025, Kuvi closed its seed round, launched the AF-OS private beta with Solana integrations, and acquired Altura, a Web3 gaming infrastructure project — publishing a forensic report on a prior exploit and filing a criminal report with Canadian authorities. A v2.0 whitepaper, described as the "Strategy Layer of Finance," and the $KUVI TGE are planned for 2026, alongside continued multi-chain expansion toward Ethereum and Bitcoin.
"By aligning incentives and democratizing access to advanced financial tooling, $KUVI ensures that algorithmic trading and wealth automation are no longer the exclusive domain of hedge funds and elites." — Dylan Dewdney, Co-Founder & CEO, Kuvi.ai
